The Waukegan Arts District and eight of the areas best metal acts team together to bring you another installment of the largest and most extravagant local metal concert in the midwestern area, METAL ON THE ROCKS! Featuring live music, special effects makeup booths, and beer and food vendors. We have enough to keep the undead masses partying all night long!
